Other Important Information

• Tee times will begin at 9:00 a.m. You will be notified of your tee time a week before the tournament.

• If you would like to play with a particular team, please pay for both teams together.

• There will be four people at each bay throughout the tournament. We estimate that each bay (two teams) will take less than 2 hours to complete the 9-hole scramble.

• The tournament winners will be announced at the end of the tournament. 

• A silent auction will be held throughout the duration of the tournament. 

• Prizes will include: First Place, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and Last Place 

• Prizes and auction item winners will have their items delivered on December 8th, 2025. 

• Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided during the tournament.
